Went outside this morning and found these scratches on my baby. Everyone’s like it’s no big deal but I just got her barely 3 months ago so I’m pretty upset about it… Will I have to get the whole door panel sprayed over?

I think I have an ingrown toenail. I cut a piece of it off last night but the pain is back and I can’t seem to relieve it. Just had open (abdomen) surgery 3 weeks ago,so I’m really not up for another medical procedure right now. What else can I do?
